Check or Money Order: CHECK WITH US BEFORE ORDERING please make a note in the "comments" box of the order form. PLEASE NOTE: Allow ten days for checks to clear before your item(s) will be shipped.
Shipping
For most items, we ship via UPS. For most furniture we use Grey Hound Express. You may aslo arrange shipping yourself, just let us know if this is what you'd lke todo.
Insurance is REQUIRED on all items being shipped out.
SIDEWALK Drop off (Boston and areas only) a small fee applies which varies by your location.
Please note: Shipping make take between 5-7 business days (UPS). For Furniture deliveries time frames vary. We always attempt to fill orders as quickly as possible-let us know if you have particular time requirements so we can adjust your delivery.
Pick Up: If you would like to pick up your item(s) please let us know.
Items on HOLD
Typically we are updating our store every week-occasionally an item(s) may be placed on hold. We will email you, usually within 24 hours of interest to confirm it's availability. Nothing will be charged to your credit card until we have confirmed this.
For items marked ‘on hold’, please email us to let us know of your interest. In the event that the item is taken off hold, we will notify you.
Returns
We take care to insure that our item(s) descriptions are thorough and accurate. All sales are final (unless there is an inadvertent, significant error in the listing, then returns will be accepted on a case by case basis.)
