It all started with a chair...a Harvey Probber chair that is. Richard was working at a vintage boutique when a set of them came in. It was love at first sight...but,sadly he could only afford one. The next day Heather walks in, falls in love with the remaining chair and has a panic attack when Richard informs her he broke up the set and owns the other one...AND it was not for sale! So for the next month(like clockwork)Heather proceeded to call, text and "drop by" the boutique to "shop"...always asking Richard when he was going to sell it to her. Through this they discovered a mutual love for all things vintage, formed a friendship and a business was born.

Heather has always had a passion for collecting with a particular interest in the mid century aesthetic-form, function, clean lines and use of natural elements. Her home is a testamant to her design philosophy- you can live luxuriously by reusing, repurposing and reinventing things of the past. She has had a succesful career in the worlds of Fashion and Advertising as a Model Booker, Location Scout, and Photo Producer of well respected, leading agencies.
About Richard:
A lover of all things beautiful since a young age,Richard has spent a lifetime persuing a career in the visual arts. He has held positions with high profile companies as a make-up artist,stylist and as a visual merchandiser.He also works as a costume/set consultant for several theatrical houses as well as taking private clients looking to re-vamp thier image.Having lived in Boston,LosAngeles and SanFrancisco, he has developed a sharp eye for design and a keen sense of style and truly believes you can live fabulously no matter what your budget is.
